Shipping Policy 

Thank you for choosing our blessing service. Each product is not just an item, but a carrier of sincere wishes, blessed at the Laoshan Mountain Taoist Temple in ShanDong, China. To honor this process, our shipping timeline differs slightly from conventional stores.

What is the shipping cost?

We charge a flat international shipping rate of $4.95, and offer free shipping on orders over $79.

Shipping & Processing Time

All orders are processed with care. Because we visit the temple only every Tuesday and Thursday, items may not be shipped immediately after your purchase. Your product will first be prepared, then blessed at the temple, and finally shipped overseas from our export center in Shenzhen.

Once the blessing is completed, the item is typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery to the United States and Canada usually takes 7 to 15 calendar days, depending on location and local customs procedures. Please note that delivery to remote regions such as Hawaii may take slightly longer.

Special Blessing Process

Unlike typical online stores, each order follows a sacred path. After we receive your purchase, we schedule it for the next temple visit, where our Taoist masters perform a blessing ritual. The item is then carefully packaged and sent abroad. This extra step is the heart of our offering — your product is spiritually cleansed and charged before it reaches you.

Do Blessings Ever Get Delayed?

While we aim to perform blessings promptly every Tuesday and Thursday, occasional delays may occur due to Chinese national holidays, extreme weather conditions, or temporary temple closures. We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases. Our team will notify you by email if your order is affected.

Video Delivery

If your product includes a blessing video, we will email it to you within 5 to 7 business days after the ritual.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at support@fengshuicharm.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped.

Transit Times – US & Canada

Once shipped, delivery to the United States and Canada typically takes between 7 to 15 calendar days. The exact timing may vary depending on the destination city and the efficiency of local customs clearance. Please note that deliveries to remote areas, such as Hawaii or Alaska, may require additional time.

Transit Times – International

  • United Kingdom & Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 7 to 12 business days

  • Australia: 6 to 12 business days

  • New Zealand: 10 to 25 business days

  • Mexico: 6 to 12 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local logistics.

Remote Area Limitations

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to a few remote regions, including Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, and the Cayman Islands.
