Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You may return or exchange an item within the first 30 days of receiving it.
As long as the item is the wrong size or damaged, we’ll be happy to help you get a refund or replacement.

What if I just don't like my product?

That's sad, but we want to make it right. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee, so if you're not completely happy, you can request a return.Please note: Discounted items and custom-blessed products are non-returnable.

Special Blessing Process

Unlike typical online stores, each order follows a sacred path. After we receive your purchase, we schedule it for the next temple visit, where our Taoist masters perform a blessing ritual. The item is then carefully packaged and sent abroad. This extra step is the heart of our offering — your product is spiritually cleansed and charged before it reaches you.

How do I return an item?

  1. Send an email to support@fengshuicharm.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with the return instructions and address.

  3. Ship the item back using any carrier you trust. We strongly recommend using a trackable service.

  4. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will:

    • Issue a refund (within 1–2 business days)

    • Or send a replacement

Refunds are issued via your original payment method (PayPal or credit card). Depending on your bank, credit card refunds may take up to 5 working days to reflect.

Who pays for return shipping?

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose your preferred courier service, but tracking is highly advised to prevent lost returns.

Can I cancel my order?

If you made a mistake or changed your mind, email us ASAP. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and process a full refund immediately.
